I'm a New Avon Rep! Now What?!

Congratulations, on your new Avon business!

You have joined a leading global beauty company and one of the world's largest direct sellers. Avon has almost $9 billion in annual revenue. Its product line includes beauty, fashion and home products, with such well-recognized brand names as Avon Color, ANEW, Skin-So-Soft, Advance Techniques, Avon Naturals and mark.

Now that you are an Avon Representative, here are a few simple steps to help you get started to becoming a successful Avon Representative

* Register your account online

– go to www.youravon.com and click on “register now”

– enter your account #, your district # and the last 4 #'s of your social SS#

– verify your information and Say yes to becoming an E-Representative

    -this  will set up your web store where your friends and family can shop   online. EXAMPLE:  www.youravon.com/(you decide what goes here)

TRAINING

*After you've entered the site, you should immediately begin taking the Avon University Courses.

As a new Representative, the link to these online training courses is under the Avon University tab on the homepage once you log in and then click on the Avon University. It usually does not work from a cell phone, but you can try it.

Once your E-Store is up, you do not need to do anything to it unless you want to add your picture. You can do that from www.youravon.com, Click on web office, then click on Edit my Estore, then on the top left of the page click on the pencil to edit and add your photo. Avon keeps the site updated for you. 

All you have to do is tell EVERYONE what your website is.

• Put your website address in your email signature.
• Text it to everyone in your contact list.
• Put it on your business card and back of your brochures. I use vista print for my business cards.
• You may want to purchase an inkstamp with your contact info if you are ordering lots of brochures.

Fast 40%: Exclusively for New Representatives, LOA 0-4

New Representatives earn a guaranteed 40% discount on most beauty and jewelry items — plus free beauty samples — for your  first four orders of $100 or more. After placing four qualifying orders, when you place a fifth order of any amount, you earn a bonus product bundle valued at over $100.

Earnings on all core Avon Products are below: If your order is less than $50 you will be charged regular brochure price. You  Earn 20% on fixed earnings which are items with the diamond symbol i.e. bras, Curves sneakers, children, watches, clothing, shoes, household. You also earn 20% fixed earnings on estore orders. 

                                        

PLACING YOUR ORDERS:

*Orders are placed every two weeks and need to be placed by 11:59 p.m EST on your order day (it is okay to place the order the night before).

Your order day depends on your Representative Processing Schedule (RPS).

KEEP YOUR STORE OPEN AT ALL TIMES WITH YOUR BROCHURES!!

*To invest in your business, you will need to purchase your most important  business tool every campaign-Your brochures! After all, this is YOUR E-STORE! Keep in mind you are ordering brochures for 2 campaigns ahead of the one you started in.

BROCHURES ARE ORDERED IN PACKS OF 10, NOT INDIVIDUALLY

*Shipping charges are based on your order size and whether your order was placed on time ($5.95-$14.95).  

Avoid submitting multiple orders, because you WILL be charged separate shipping for each order you submit.

*Your delivery day will be consistent, unless a holiday falls within a campaign, in which case your order will be delayed 1 business day.

*In any campaign, you can order from the current brochure as well as the 2 previous brochures.

*In any campaign, you can order from the next 2 campaign's What's New.  However, once that campaign begins, you must order your products from the brochure. (eg. If we are in C15, you may order from the What's New 16 and the What's New 17). Samples are available for purchase in the back of the What's New. As a new Representative, you may purchase 1 of each product from the What's New unless specified. When there are 2 prices listed in the What's New, you pay the “R” price.  Once you reach President's Club (award sales reach $10,100), your cost will then be the “PRP” price and you will be able to order up to 3 of each products.

You should also purchase some bags for packaging and delivering your Avon products to your customers.

Bags range in size and price and are available both in paper and plastic.

You can find them under Sales Tools from your online order form.
